The World Court of Jerusalem is examining issuing an Advisory Ruling on the status and rights of groups, peoples, cultures, and movements in Iran including the Kurds including in Kurdistan, the Kurdish Democratic Party of Iran, Azeris, Arabs, Sunni Muslims, Baha’is, Baluchis including in Sistan-Baluchistan, National Front, Tudeh Party, Organization of Iranian People’s Fadaian, United Republicans of Iran, Reza Pahlavi, democratic movements, and others. The Court is examining whether the majority of Iranians including these peoples and groups have a right to greater control and self-determination in Iran that may overpower the limitations of the current Mullah control.
